I was very pleased with my interview yesterday. I met with the Senior Vice President for about an hour. He totally knew his stuff.� It was a relaxing time and I felt I was on the same page as he was.� Then I met with Pam for about 2 hours. It was a great meeting; I donapos;t think she is interviewing me so much anymore� She did, however, set up one scenario and then�asked,�"What would you have done?"� After I gave her my answer she said very thoughtfully, "I think that is the right answer; but that is not what we did."��When she told me how they handled it I reinforced�her�decision.� I�really did�think that they came up�with a good compromise decision.

BTW, I looked smashing in my new purple top.� I was advised not to wear a red hat (and didnapos;t).� I was also advised not to spill anything on the Sr. VP (and didnapos;t).� I did sit n the wrong chair and didnapos;t realize it until I figured out that my back was leaning on a very comfortable pillow.� Oh well. I gave him his pillow back and we quickly moved on

She will give me a call next week. She is waiting for the recruiter�to get her some documentation.� Stay tuned�
